Be the Change

The goal of Heaven's Health is to provide clarity to the health myth's that society wants you to believe. One of those myth's is that you will never achieve the goals that you set out for yourself because genetically it is impossible. At heaven's health there is no such thing as impossible. The only rule at heaven's health is we set short term goals to achieve our long-term goals and the only person keeping us from our goals is ourselves, not society, our genetics, or any other made-up excuse.
