At Heaven's Health I, Adam Duncan, will work together with you to optimize your health. You will now have a Health Coach to fight for you. I have worked and learned on my own about how the body works and what we as humans need. The cornerstones of health are spiritual, family, mental, physical, and nutritional. I want to help you work on your mental perspective to overcome obstacles, and help you determine what physical and nutritional things in your life you are willing to adjust and change. I was put here on earth to help you live a more fulfilling and health life. Together we will succeed. I look forward to working with you and helping you navigate the different things life has in store for you.
